By using the website, you agree to these Website Terms to the extent applicable to your use.

If you use the paid B2B Service, the main Terms & Conditions and Subscription Terms also apply.

1. Website content

Birdly owns or licenses the original content, design, branding and software on the website.

Without written permission, you may not:

• copy substantial parts of Birdly's original content for commercial reuse;
• reproduce Birdly branding as your own;
• republish proprietary templates;
• scrape the site in breach of these Terms; or
• use Birdly content to create a competing database/service.

You may link to Birdly if the link is lawful and does not falsely suggest endorsement.

Public procurement information linked to or summarised by Birdly may originate from public sources and remains subject to the rights/licensing terms applicable to those sources.

2. Information is not a substitute for official documents

We try to keep Birdly useful and accurate, but buyers, websites and deadlines can change and third-party sources can contain errors.

Tender/contract information shown on Birdly is for discovery/information. Always check the buyer's official notice and full tender documents before making a commercial/procurement decision.

3. Responsible use

You must not:

• use Birdly for fraud/unlawful activity;
• upload malware;
• interfere with security;
• attempt unauthorised access;
• overload/disrupt the service;
• scrape/crawl/script Birdly in a way we have not authorised;
• resell Birdly proprietary data as a competing service;
• impersonate another person/business; or
• infringe third-party rights.

4. User-uploaded content

Where Birdly allows text, documents, images or other content:

• you are responsible for it;
• you must have the right to provide it;
• it must not be unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or infringing; and
• it must not contain malware.

Birdly may remove/restrict content where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, protection of users or enforcement of these Terms.

5. Bid template

Where available, the bid template is an assistance tool only, not legal/financial/procurement advice and not a guarantee of a compliant/winning bid.

Official buyer documents/portal requirements always take priority. You are responsible for the final submission.

6. External websites

Birdly links to official procurement notices, government sources, buyer sites and third-party tender portals. Birdly does not control their content, availability, security, terms or privacy practices.

7. Liability

Nothing in these Website Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, Birdly does not guarantee website content is complete/error-free and is not responsible for losses caused by relying on website content instead of checking the official source or for independent third-party acts/omissions.

Paid B2B Customers are subject to the main Terms liability provisions. Consumers using Private Jobs are subject to the Private Job Terms and mandatory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Changes

Birdly may update the website and these Terms. The current version is published online.

9. Governing law

For B2B use, Danish law applies as set out in the main Terms & Conditions. Nothing removes mandatory rights that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude.
