This Cookie Policy applies to getbirdly.co.uk. getbirdly.uk should redirect to the primary domain.

Birdly uses cookies/similar technologies to make the site work, remember choices, understand performance where you consent, and measure/optimise marketing where you consent.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file stored on a browser/device. Cookies/similar technologies can support security, preferences, analytics, conversion attribution and advertising.

2. Our consent approach

Birdly's UK standard is deliberately conservative:

We do not activate non-essential analytics or advertising cookies until you make a positive choice to accept the relevant category.

Necessary cookies may be used without consent where genuinely required to provide the site/service or remember your privacy choice.

If law allows a broader exemption for a low-risk technology, Birdly may still choose to require consent as a stricter internal standard.

You can accept/reject categories in the cookie banner and reopen Cookie Settings later to change/withdraw your choice.

You can also delete cookies in the browser.

6. Meta and advertising

If you consent to Marketing technologies, Birdly may use Meta for attribution, conversion measurement, audience building and remarketing.

Depending on setup, information may include page/event, browser/device, IP-related identifiers and hashed contact/event data where Conversion API is lawfully used.

7. Duration

Exact expiry is shown in the verified table. Session cookies are normally removed when the browser session ends; persistent cookies remain until expiry, deletion or provider removal.

8. Browser controls

Browser settings can block/delete cookies. Blocking Necessary cookies may stop parts of Birdly working properly.
